- 2 x Fresh apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 ounce Diced yellow onion
- 1/2 x Fresh haberno chile, diced and seeded
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pch Pepper
- 4 ounce Water

- Lightly saute/fry onions, add in apple and chile, cook for about 5 min, add in water and cinnamon, reduce till liquid gels, season and chill.
