Receta Apple Matzo Kugel

Ingredientes
- 3 x matzos
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 4 x apples, shredded
- 1/3 c. orange juice Cinnamon and sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
Direcciones
- Break matzo in pcs. Soak in hot water till soft. Drain. Beat Large eggs, add in sugar, salt, cinnamon. Stir in the matzos. Add in raisins, nuts and apples. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan. Pour orange juice over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till browned. Let sit for a few min before cutting.
- Serves 6 to 8.
