Receta Apple Nut Slaw

Ingredientes
- 3 c. purchased coleslaw mix **
- 1 c. shredded red cabbage
- 2 c. diced red delicious apples (4-5 small)
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 3/4 c. fat free mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 pkt sugar substitute
Direcciones
- In a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, red cabbage, apples, and walnuts. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Add in mayo mix to cabbage mix. Mix well to combine. Cover and chill at least 30 min. Gently stir again just before serving.
- **2 1/2 c. shredded cabbage and 1/2 c. shredded carrots can be used in place of purchased coleslaw mix.
