- 2 x Diced apples
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise Toasted walnut/pecan pcs
- 1/4 c. Raisins or possibly currants
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard Salt and pepper
