Receta Apple Oat Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. quick or possibly old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 x egg
- 2 x Jonathan apples, diced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Beat next 4 ingredients in another bowl till blended. Stir into flour mix just till flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Mix in apples. Transfer batter to a lightly buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan and bake 50-60 min or possibly till tester comes out clean when inserted in center.
