Receta Apple Oatmeal Bread With Raisins, Anne And Bill's

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2-lb. loaf - 1-lb. loaf
- 1/2 c. oats 1/3 c.
- 5/8 c. water 1/2 c.
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce 1/3 c.
- 2 3/4 c. bread flour 1 3/4 c.
- 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp.
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine 1 Tbsp.
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp.
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk 1 Tbsp.
- 1/3 c. raisins 1/4 c.
- 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp.
- 1 1/2 tsp RED STAR active dry yeast 1 1/2 tsp.
Direcciones
- 1 1/2-Lb. loaf, 1-lb. loaf Place all ingredients in bread pan, select a light crust setting, and press "start".
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cold 1 hour before slicing.
- CRUST: LIGHT

- NOTES : Oatmeal and applesauce combine to make this a lush, rich-tasting loaf. It's a good snack for children and great for breakfast toast.
