Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 T + 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 t apple pie spice
- 1/2 c applesauce
- 1/4 c butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 c peeled, chopped apple
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c apple juice
- 1/3 c dried cranberries, optional
- Preheat oven to 425. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and apple pie spice.
- Bake for 12-15 mins or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack for 10 mins Cut into 12 wedges.

- 1/4 c butter, soft
- 1 T corn syrup
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 2-4 T milk
