• 1/3 c. cracked wheat
• 1 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
• 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 med onion, chopped
• 1 lrg apple, minced
• 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• 1/2 c. water
