Ingredientes

  • 6 x or possibly 8 apples or possibly peaches (fill the baking dish)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 x unbeaten egg
  • 1/3 c. melted shortening Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Slice fruit into baking pan . Mix the flour, sugar, baking pwdr, salt and egg and pour over fruit. This mix will be like crumbs.) Then add in the melted shortening and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with cinnamon ( or possibly you can mix the cinnamon in the crumb mix). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Serve with lowfat milk, whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
