Receta Ginger Peach Smoothie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 piece fresh ginger - (abt 2" long) peeled, crushed
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 x peaches pitted, minced
- 1 pt peach sorbet
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Direcciones
- In a small, heat-proof bowl, pour boiling water over ginger. Stir in honey; cold.
- Remove and throw away ginger. In a blender or possibly food processor, combine peaches, sorbet and lime juice. Process peach mix, while adding honey-ginger syrup in a slow, steady stream. Process till smooth.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
