Receta Apple Pancakes And Apple Cider Syrup

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. grated apple
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 c. apple cider or possibly juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 T lemon juice
Direcciones
- Syrup: Mix together sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. Pour in juice (apple and lemon). Cook and stir constantly till thickened and boils. Boil and stir one minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Serve warm over pancakes.Make pancakes. Stir together all ingredients. Cook on griddle.
- Serve with sausage.
