Ingredientes

1 Â½ C. Mazola oil
2 C. Sugar
3 Eggs
3 C. Flour, sifted
1 t. Salt
1 t. Baking soda
2 t. Vanilla
3 Apples (large), peeled and cut into small pieces
1 C. Walnuts, chopped
Glaze
1 Stick butter
Â½ C. Brown Sugar
2 t. Milk

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a tube pan.
Beat oil, sugar and eggs for three minutes. Add flour, slat, soda and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Glaze
Bring butter, brown sugar and milk to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour over cooled cake.
