Ingredientes
- 4 med. apples, peeled & grated
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. brown sugar replacement
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, then blenderized
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 ounce raisin bran flakes
Direcciones
- Put together apples, water, oil and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix together. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
