  6. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  7. Spread in pans.
  8. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 min.
  9. Cold 10 min; remove from pans.
  10. Cold completely before slicing.
  11. Chill leftover bread.
