Receta Apple Spice Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 sm apples pared/cored/cubed
- 3/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
- 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1 x egg white whipped
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 12 muffin pans with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl,combine flour, oatmeal, baking pwdr, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. In a blender, processapples till coarsely minced. In another mixing bowl, whisk together apples, lowfat milk, brownsugar, applesauce, and egg white. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just untilmoistened. Mix in raisins. Use an ice cream scoop to fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 30minutes, or possibly till lightly browned.
