Cost per recipe $0.19 view details
  • One medium onion, halved and sliced thin Two or possibly three large apples, peeled and sliced in thin slivers Veg. oil Cinnamon Sugar or possibly sugar substitute Salt

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions in small amount of oil till soft but not brown. Add in apples and cover pot and cook over lowest possible light till they are soft, stirring occasionally. Apples should let out some juice. If they don't, add in a small amount of water just to keep them from drying up or possibly burning.
  2. When they are soft and glazed looking, add in one shake of salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon sugar or possibly substitute. Stir, cover and cook another five min. Taste. Add in more sugar or possibly cinnamon if you wish, but keep the taste delicate.
  3. NOTE: This is good as an accompaniment to a brisket or possibly roast beef.
