Ingredients: 2 c. flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 c. raisins (optional); 1/2 c. butter; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 x egg; 1 c. applesauce; 1/2 c. nuts (optional); 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Ingredientes

2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 x egg
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. In another bowl, mix butter, sugar, and egg. Add in applesauce (we make our own) and dry ingredients. Add in nuts and chocolate chips and mix well, till batter is smooth.
Drop by tsp. onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
