Receta Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins (Nocholesterol)

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 T vegetable oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 T butter, melted
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Put together oats, flour, cinnamon, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in applesauce, lowfat milk, brown sugar, oil and egg white. Mix just till dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups almost full. Put together remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 20 to 22 min or possibly till deep golden.
