Receta Applesauce Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 3 tsp BAKING Pwdr
- 1/4 tsp SALT
- 2 Tbsp. SUGAR
- 1 c. WHOLE BRAN CEREAL
- 1 lrg EGG
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2/3 c. APPLESAUCE
- 1/4 c. BUTTER, MELTED
Direcciones
- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt, sugar and bran cereal.
- In another bowl beat egg well and then add in lowfat milk, applesauce, and melted butter. Mix the egg mix and flour mix just till they are well blended. Divide the batter among 12 greased muffin tin c.. Each c. should be about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 min. You can test to see if the muffins are done by sticking a toothpick into the center of them. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done. Otherwise, let them bake for another 5 min and try again.
