Ingredients: 2 x Chickens cut in 8ths; 1/2 c. Apricot jam; 1 Tbsp. White vinegar; 2 x Cloves garlic, thinly sliced; 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce; 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch; 1 Tbsp. Cool water

1/2 c. Apricot jam
1 Tbsp. White vinegar

2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Cool water

Mix the glaze ingredients together. Place chicken in baking dish & pour glaze over. Chill 2 hrs. Bake uncovered with marinade at 350' for 1 1/2 hrs.
