Receta Arabian Lamb Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 750 gm lean lamb, cubed
- 1 pkt Tomato & Vegetable soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. dry mint
- 1/4 c. natural lowfat yoghurt
Direcciones
- Heat oil and brown lamb. Add in soup mix, water & mint. Simmer till lamb is tender, above 30-40mins. Mix lowfat yoghurt with 1/4 c. of the gravy, spoon over the top of the lamb and serve.
