- Light Cream - 11/2 cups
- Dulche de leche - 1/2 cup (I used store bought canned dulche-de-leche, but you can make your own if you have the time and patience)
- Salt - 1/4 cup
- Eggs - 2, large
- Egg yolks - 2, large
- For the Caramel:
- Sugar - 2/3 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
