Ingredientes

  • Light Cream - 11/2 cups
  • Dulche de leche - 1/2 cup (I used store bought canned dulche-de-leche, but you can make your own if you have the time and patience)
  • Salt - 1/4 cup
  • Eggs - 2, large
  • Egg yolks - 2, large
  • For the Caramel:
  • Sugar - 2/3 cup
  • Water - 1/4 cup
