Years ago on Food Network was a show called The Surreal Gourmet, who had all sorts of interesting dishes and techniques. His family had come to the US from Argentina, and he said this was his grandfather - Gaucho Jack's BBQ sauce for steaks. Use at your own risk!

    You bet! I've been making chimichurri for a number of years as a Personal Chef who does a lot of Latin cuisine for his clients!

      I hoped that you knew about Chimichurri. One of my clients (who lived in Argentina for many years) asked me to develop a blend of spices the she could reconstitute when she had no time or fresh herbs available at hand. Took me few months, many steaks but I finally got something that she loves.

      Have you tried Argentinean Chimichurri, Great on steak or marinade for any beef.
