Receta Argentinian Beef Stew
Saw the recipe John made but did not have all of the ingriedients at the moment so I improvisied to my tatste buds delight!!
Ingredientes
- 2lbs of Stew Meat
- 2 Cups of Baby Carrots
- 1 Can of Hunts Diced Tomatos
- 1 cup of broth
- Half White Onion sliced in strips
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sage to taste
- 5TBS of A1 sauce
- 2 medium potatos chopped into chunks
- 1/2 Head Medium cabbage chopped
- 4 strips of bacon
Direcciones
- In a large skil. let, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving drippings,dry on paper towels. Crumble bacon and reserve until serving time. Brown beef, one half at a time, in the pan. Drain off fat.
- In a Slow Cooker put stew meat, carrots, onions, diced tomatoes,& broth. Add spices to taste.
- Add potatos and any more spices you may want to add, be sure to stir it all up and mix the flavor. Add A1 sauce.
- Slow cook on High for 4/5 Hrs
- With about 20 minutes left add cabbage make sure it turns tender before serving.
- When ready add crumbled bacon pices on top and enjoy!!
