Receta Arkansas Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh apples, minced
- 1 (1 pound) box raisins
- 2 c. nuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. "Homemade" preserves (figs, strawberry, peach, etc.)
- 4 teaspoon soda dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- NOTE: Preserves must be homemade.Put together apples, raisins and nuts in a large bowl. Put together sugar, flour, cinnamon, cloves and salt and put together with fruit-nut mix. Stir in preserves, then add in water in that soda is dissolved. Turn batter into a greased bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
