Ingredientes
- 12 ounce cream cheese
- 4 ounce blue cheese
- 5 ounce Kraft Old English Cheddar Spread
- 1-3 T grated onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/3 c. finely minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Soften cheeses and mix with onion and Worcestershire. Chill to hard mix.When mix is hard, roll into 2 balls or possibly logs. Freeze balls in Saran Wrap and foil if you want to store them -- they will store beautifully for weeks.
- Roll ready-to-serve balls in nut and parsley mix and serve with your favorite crackers.
