Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Potatoes -- diced
- 1 lrg Onion -- diced
- 3 stalk Celery -- diced
- 1 lrg Carrot -- diced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 12 ounce Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- Place first 5 ingredients in a 4 qt saucepan. Cover with water & boil gently till carrots are soft. Don't drain - mash together so which you have a lumpy mush.
- Add in lowfat milk, margarine and pepper. Cook till warmed through.
