Receta Arugula Salad With Oranges

Ingredientes
- 2 bn arugula
- 5 x Oranges
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts or possibly walnuts,toasted
- 1/3 c. Minced red onion
Direcciones
- 1. Break arugula into pcs and place in a salad bowl.
- 2. Peel oranges and cut into sections, reserving juices.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, reserved juices, salt and pepper.
- 4. Toss serve, add in oranges, nuts, red onion and dressing to arugula.
- Toss lightly before serving.
- Yield: 6 servings
