  1. Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix well and set aside. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, till smooth and light. Add in Large eggs and egg yolk, one at a time, beating and scraping the bowl constantly till smooth. Stir in reserved dry ingredients till incorporated. Add in lowfat milk and buttermilk and mix to create a smooth batter. Mix in Asiago. Pour batter into greased cornstick molds (or possibly prepared cake pan) and bake 15-20 min or possibly till golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cold briefly before turning out of pans and serving.
