Receta Asian Chicken Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp chopped ginger root
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1 sm nappa cabbage head thinly sliced
- 1 sm green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 sm red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 x carrots grated
- 1 c. diagonally sliced snow peas 3 pcs each
- 1/2 c. minced fresh mint
- 1/2 c. minced cilantro
Direcciones
- Whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic in a small bowl. Set it aside.
- Toss together the chicken, cabbage, green and red peppers, carrots, snow peas, mint and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss again with the dressing, making sure everything is proportionately coated.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
