Receta Asian Chicken "Wings"

Ingredientes
- 2 lb boneless chicken
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (sesame oil is the best)
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 x garlic clove minced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken into strips. Combine 1/4 c. honey with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Place chicken strips on baking sheet. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 min.
- Drizzle remaining honey over chicken strips and turn oven to broil. Broil till sauce is somewhat caramelized and sticky. Remove to a platter and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
