Receta Catfish Stew And Rice

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Water
- 2 med Potatoes, diced
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
- 1/2 head sm. cabbage, minced
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, minced Salt and pepper
- 4 x Fresh boneless catfish fillets, halved Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Combine water, potatoes, onion, and garlic in large pot. Cook on high heat 15 min. Lower heat. Add in cabbage, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Cook 10 min. Add in catfish. Cook 15 min. Remove from heat. Serve over rice. 4 to 6 servings.
