Receta Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 x Cucumbers, peeled, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Jalapeno chili, seeded, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- Place cucumbers in medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Toss. Refrigerate1 hour.
- Drain cucumbers and return to bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour over cucumbers and toss to coat. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Chill.)
- Serves 2 to 4.
