Receta Asian Pasta Salad With Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 c. finely diced fresh tomato
- 1 bn green onions finely minced
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 c. finely minced cilantro
- 2 tsp grnd fresh chili paste or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. finely minced Maui onion lemon or possibly lime juice
- 1/4 c. grated daikon radish
- 3/4 c. daikon
- 3/4 c. carrot
- 1 c. soba noodles cooked
- 1/2 c. julienned won bok or possibly napa cabbage
- 1/2 c. julienned zucchini
Direcciones
- SALSA: One hour before serving, combine all ingredients. Chill.
- PASTA SALAD: Shred daikon and carrot lengthwise into long strings to resemble the soba noodles. Toss with pasta, cabbage and zucchini in a salad bowl. Add in salsa and toss gently. Serve immediately.
