Receta Asparagus Guacamole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Cut, trimmed, fresh asparagus or possibly
- 2 pkt (10 ounce. each) frzn, cut asparagus
- 1 sm Garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 1/4 c. Canned, minced green chilies
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. Minced, seeded tomato
Direcciones
- 1. Cook asparagus in small amount of water till tender. Drain well and cold thoroughly.
- 2. In food processor or possibly blender, process asparagus and next five ingredients till mix is smooth, about 30 seconds. Scrape bowl frequently. Remove from food processor bowl and stir in onion and tomato. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving with tortilla chips, cut
