Receta Asparagus Parmigiano

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Asparagus cooked
- 1 x Onion minced
- 10 ml Garlic chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb Tomatoes, canned
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 8 ounce Tomato sauce canned
- 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese thin slic
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
Direcciones
- Drain cooked asparagus; arrange in shallow baking dish. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil in saucepan til golden brown. Add in salt, Tabasco sauce, and tomatoes;simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Add in thyme and tomato sauce; simmer 20 minutes. Pour over asparagus. Place slices of mozzarella cheese over top.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in preheated 350 oven 30 minutes.
- Yield:6-8servings.
