- 1 lb asparagus, fresh, wash and trim stems
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish, prepared

- Steam asparagus to desired doneness This is best if the asparagus is crisp-tender. Put horseradish and butter in a sauce pan and heat till butter is melted. Microwave: heat on 50% power for 1 to 2 min. Arrange asparagus on a serving dish and pour sauce over it.
