- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. cubed pickles (I use dill)
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 sm. jar pimentos
- 1 pkg. crushed saltines (from 7 ounce pkg.)
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Salt, pepper & lemon juice to taste

- Dice boiled large eggs. Put together all remaining ingredients. This is really a surprise salad for your guest will be sure it is potato salad.
