Receta Aunt Marie's Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. blueberries
- Sugar for sprinkling on tops of muffins
Direcciones
- Grease 12 cup muffin pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.Put together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in alternately to creamed mix with lowfat milk and vanilla. Crush 1/2 cup berries and add in to batter. Fold remaining berries into batter and spoon into muffin pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Makes 12 muffins. About 205 calories each.
