- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 T baking pwdr
- Salt (healthy pinch)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

- Beat egg; add in sugar. Add in butter; beat well. Add in lowfat milk alternating with mix of dry ingredients. Add in vanilla. Bake in greased cake pan for 30 min at 375 degrees.
