Ingredientes
- 5 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- filling:
- 3 cans blueberries or
- 2 cans cherries or
- 2 cans pineapple
Direcciones
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder and shortening. In a small bowl mix sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Add sour cream and soda and mix with fork, then by hand. Divide dough in half and roll between wax paper the size of a cookie sheet pan. Place dough over bottom of pan, then roll other half for the top. Add filling and cover with dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
