Receta Austrian Cheese Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 T butter
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in 1/2 inch squares
- 8 ounce plain yogurt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat butter and cook celery. Add in water to soup mix and then to celery. Boil and simmer 10 min. Add in cream cheese and cook 5 min over low heat till dissolved. Before ready to serve, add in yogurt, Do not BOIL! May add in pepper to taste and extra leeks.
