Receta Dill Lemon And Caper Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 ounce Butter
- 1 ounce Shallots, pared, chopped
- 2 ounce Capers, minced
- 2 ounce Dry sherry
- 3 ounce Clam juice
- 1 ounce Lemon juice
- 6 ounce Heavy cream
- 2 ounce Butter, chilled
- 1 Tbsp. Dill weed, minced Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Heat butter in stainless sauce pan. Add in shallots; saute/fry till soft. Add in capers and sherry; heat to simmering. Add in lemon juice, clam juice and heavy cream; reduce by half. Reduce heat to low; shave in butter till sauce is rich and shiny. Add in dill; season with salt and pepper.
