Receta Autumn Apple Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Soft butter
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. 2% yogurt Or possibly
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice + 2% lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Bran
- 1 med Apple, grated
- 1/2 c. Raisins, soaked
- 1/2 c. Rolled oats DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 c. Wholewheat flour
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in to bran mix, stirring till moistened. Spoon into muffin c.. Bake at 425 F about 20 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 12 smallmuffins.
