Receta Ava's Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. steamed or possibly baked sweet potatoes
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs and add in sugar. Mix well then add in salt and spices. Stir in lowfat milk and sweet potatoes. Beat till smooth and pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees 10 min then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake about 35 min or possibly till middle is set.
