- 1 x thick slice sourdough
- 2 slc pancetta or possibly slice of bacon, (cooked)
- 1/2 x avocado - sliced thickly seeded tomato, minced and mixed with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
- 1 x clove garlic
Direcciones
- Grill bread, rub with garlic and paint with extra virgin extra virgin olive oil. Top with fried pancetta or possibly roasted bacon and avocado. Drizzle the tomato mix over.
