Receta Avocado Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. dates minced pitted
- 1/3 c. raisins golden brown
- 2 Tbsp. water boiling
- 2 x avocados cut into bite-size pcs
- 2 x bananas sliced
- 2 x apples unpeeled Red Delicious, cubes
- 1/4 c. lime juice fresh
- 1/3 c. celery sliced heart
- 1/2 x recipe Sweet and Sour Celery Seed Dressing
- 1/2 c. almonds toasted slivered
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan, stir together dates, raisins and boiling water; cover and set aside. In a large bowl, gently toss avocados, bananas, apples and lime juice. Add in celery and liquid removed dates and raisins; toss again. Serve in individual fruit bowls with Sweet and Sour Celery Seed Dressing drizzled over the top. Garnish with almonds.
