  • 1/2 bn Fresh cilantro leaves minced
  • 1/2 sm Red onion finely minced
  • 3 x Jalapeno chiles stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
  • 1 med Tomato seeded, finely diced Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
