Ingredientes
- 1 c. Diced cooked chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Minced orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. Minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh red pepper
- 1 tsp Minced fresh chives Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x Ripe avocado halved, pit removed, and peeled
- 4 x Radicchio leaves
Direcciones
- In a bowl combine; chicken, mayonnaise, orange zest, shallots, red pepper, and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the salad between the two avocado halves, filling the cavity.
- To serve, place 2 radicchio leaves on each serving plate and top with an avocado half.
