Receta Award Winning Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x Yellow onion peeled, sliced thin
- 3 x Cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. White vinegar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Celery, fennel, or possibly mustard seed Salt as desired
Direcciones
- Place onion and cucumber in a bowl. In a saucepan, combine salt (if you like), water, vinegar and sugar, heating slightly to dissolve sugar. Add in seeds. Pour over onion and cucumber. Refrigerateand serve.
- Serves 3.
